Pusa 1121 averages 8.30 mm before cooking and elongates past 20 mm, which is why it dominates Gulf and European basmati demand. We supply it aged a minimum of twelve months, because freshly milled basmati does not cook the way a rice buyer expects.
Steam, sella (parboiled), golden sella and raw are all available; polishing, sortex passes and broken tolerance are set per contract.
