Our story

We started where the crop starts.

J.V EXPORTS INDIA is a proprietorship concern led by Mohan Kishan Vyas, registered for GST since 2021 and holding Importer-Exporter Code ACIPV9754G issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade.

The business grew out of the domestic trade in western Rajasthan — the belt that supplies the bulk of India’s cumin, psyllium husk, guar and ajwain. Years of buying at the Jodhpur and Nagaur mandis taught us the part of this trade that cannot be learned from a price list: which villages produce clean lots, how a crop behaves after a poor monsoon, and which processors actually run their sortex machines rather than just owning one.

Exporting was the natural next step, and it changed what we had to be good at. A domestic buyer inspects the goods. An overseas buyer inspects the paperwork and trusts it. So we built the business around documentation and analysis that can be relied on from four thousand kilometres away.

How we work

Four commitments we are willing to be judged on.

01

Quote the specification

We price against your numbers, not a grade name. If your moisture limit costs more to hit, that appears in the offer instead of surfacing as a claim later.

02

Test the lot we ship

Incremental sampling across the consignment, analysed before stuffing. The certificate refers to the container going to you — not to last month’s lot.

03

Say the difficult thing

If a crop has failed, a price has moved or a specification is not achievable at your target, you hear it from us early. Silence costs buyers more than bad news.

04

Build the second order

We are a small house and we intend to stay in this trade. That makes every first shipment an argument for the next one, which is a useful thing for a buyer to know.

Sourcing belts

Where each commodity actually comes from.

Nobody grows everything well. We buy each crop from the belt that grows it best and say so on the product page, because origin is half of what you are paying for.
