Cumin is the commodity we know best. Rajasthan grows roughly two-thirds of India’s crop, and our buying desk sits inside that belt — which means we lift lots at the mandi on the day they arrive rather than buying blind from a trader three hands down the chain.
Every lot is destoned, magnet-cleaned, gravity-separated and sortex-graded before it is packed. We ship both Singapore Quality (99% purity, 1% extraneous matter) and Europe Quality (99.5%+, tested against EU MRL limits) and issue a pre-shipment certificate of analysis with each consignment.
